Recently, Huaqiang Heavy Industry successfully completed the on-site installation and commissioning of a powdered organic fertilizer production line. The system comprises a loader-feedinghopper, a chain crusher, a drum screener, a twin-shaft paddle mixer, and a powdered fertilizer packaging machine. It enables an integrated production process—ranging from raw material intake to final product packaging—for materials such as livestock manure, crop straw, and sludge, thereby facilitating the efficient launch of organic fertilizer processing plants.

Serving as the initial unit of the production line, the loader feeding hopper allows for direct loading via a front-end loader. Its large-capacity design ensures a stable material buffer, preventing supply interruptions and guaranteeing the continuous operation of downstream processes. Once fed into the chain crusher, large, decomposed material clumps are rapidly broken down; this process disintegrates agglomerated organic fertilizer and controls particle size, laying the groundwork for the subsequent mixing stage. The crushed material then enters the drum screener, which removes impurities and oversized particles, conveying only the qualified fine material to the double-shaft paddle mixer. Utilizing two synchronously rotating shafts, the mixer ensures the uniform blending of organic fertilizer raw materials with beneficial microbial agents, resulting in a consistent distribution of nutrients and microorganisms. Finally, the mixed powdered organic fertilizer is fed into the packaging machine for automatic weighing and sealing, producing bagged goods ready for the market.
