Transforming agricultural waste—such as livestock manure and crop stalks—into valuable resources is a key focus for the organic fertilizer industry. Huaqiang Heavy Industry has successfully installed and commissioned this powdered organic fertilizer production line at a client's facility. The system comprises a loader-feeding hopper, a chain crusher, a drum screener, a horizontal ribbon mixer, and an automatic packaging machine; featuring a streamlined and stable process, it is ideal for small- and medium-sized organic fertilizer plants.

The production process begins at the loader-feeding hopper, where a loader deposits fully composted raw materials. The hopper is equipped with a uniform feeding mechanism that ensures a steady flow, prevents material clogging, and significantly reduces the labor intensity associated with manual loading. The raw materials are then fed into the chain crusher, which processes composted materials—such as sheep, cattle, or chicken manure—by breaking up clumps to ensure uniform particle size, thereby laying the groundwork for subsequent mixing.
The crushed material is conveyed to a drum screener to remove debris and large lumps, allowing only the qualified powdered material to enter the horizontal ribbon mixer. The mixer allows for the addition of microbial agents and trace elements as needed, thoroughly blending the various ingredients to ensure consistent nutrient distribution in the organic fertilizer. Finally, the blended product is conveyed to the automatic packaging machine for precise weighing and bag stitching, after which the finished bags are ready for storage.
