Huaqiang Heavy Industry Successfully Ships Rotary Drum Granulation Production Line to Ukraine

With the containers sealed and loading complete, a full set of Huaqiang Heavy Industry’s rotary drum granulation production line is en route to a client's facility in Ukraine. This marks another successful entry for Huaqiang Heavy Industry’s fertilizer equipment into the Eastern European market, bringing the power of Chinese manufacturing to the local fertilizer industry.

Ukraine boasts vast stretches of fertile black soil and a robust agricultural foundation. In recent years, the country has vigorously promoted green agriculture, leading to rapid growth in the organic fertilizer market. Local enterprises are eager to establish automated fertilizer production lines to transform livestock manure and crop straw into valuable commercial granular fertilizers; this initiative aims to reduce reliance on imported finished fertilizers and enhance local self-sufficiency in agricultural inputs.
The rotary drum granulator serves as the core component of the production line. It operates by slowly rotating the drum, allowing materials to roll and agglomerate into granules. Key advantages include high processing capacity, stable operation, and a low failure rate, making it ideal for large- and medium-scale fertilizer production. To ensure safety during long-distance ocean transport, Huaqiang Heavy Industry implemented specialized protective measures. Large drum components received anti-rust treatment, while precision electrical control cabinets were secured with stretch wrap and wooden framing, with internal steel cable bracing to prevent damage from bumps or impacts during the voyage. Comprehensive English-language drawings and operation manuals were also included to facilitate ease of use for the overseas client.
Every stage of the process—from customized solution design and equipment manufacturing to factory inspection and final shipment—was subject to rigorous quality control. Upon the equipment's arrival at the destination port, Huaqiang Heavy Industry’s overseas technical team will provide guidance on installation and commissioning, helping the client quickly commence production and realize economic returns.
