Nigeria has a large population and extensive agricultural operations, yet its domestic fertilizer industry base remains weak; the country relies heavily on imported finished fertilizers, and high import costs constrain agricultural development. Consequently, developing local blended fertilizer processing has become an industry trend. Blended fertilizer production lines require moderate investment and offer flexible formula adjustments, allowing for the local blending of imported single-nutrient raw materials. Upon receiving the order, Huaqiang Heavy Industry exercised strict control over manufacturing and pre-shipment testing. Each unit underwent both no-load and load-bearing test runs to ensure all parameters met standards before export packaging commenced. To withstand the challenges of high humidity and rough handling during long-distance maritime transport, metal components were specially protected, and large structures were reinforced with steel strapping to prevent impact damage during the voyage.
