The long-term stable operation of an organic fertilizer project hinges on proper equipment selection and high-quality on-site installation. Huaqiang Heavy Industry is currently installing a powdered organic fertilizer production line at the client's facility. Key components—including the loader feeding hopper, chain crusher, drum screener, automatic batching system, double-shaft paddle mixer, and powder fertilizer packaging machine—have all been delivered to the site. Simultaneously, conveyor galleries and safety guardrails are being installed within the plant, laying the groundwork for upcoming trial production.

Regarding the production process, a loader feeding hoppers decomposed organic material directly into the hopper, ensuring simple and efficient loading. High-moisture manure and waste materials are processed through the chain crusher to eliminate clumping and adhesion issues. A drum screener separates large impurities to ensure the desired powder fineness, while the automatic batching system precisely blends in auxiliary materials and microbial agents. A double-shaft paddle mixer ensures thorough homogenization of the materials. Finally, the qualified powder is conveyed to the packaging machine for bagging, making the finished product ready for sale.
Huaqiang Heavy Industry’s installation team adheres to standardized construction practices, ensuring precise foundation leveling, belt conveyor calibration, and accurate tuning of the automatic batching system. Each piece of equipment undergoes individual testing before the entire production line is subjected to a coordinated no-load trial run to identify and resolve potential issues such as abnormal noises or material jams. Compared to granular organic fertilizer systems, powdered production lines require lower investment and offer simpler operation and maintenance. This equipment is widely suitable for livestock farms and organic fertilizer processing plants, transforming agricultural waste into organic fertilizer; it delivers both environmental and economic benefits while providing high-quality fertilizer to support soil improvement.
