Dispatch of Huaqiang Heavy Industry’s Roller Extrusion Granulation Production Line

With the equipment neatly positioned inside the containers and workers completing the final securing and bracing, Huaqiang Heavy Industry’s complete roller extrusion granulation production line has been successfully loaded and is now en route to Malaysia. On-site, the main granulation unit, drum screener, crusher, and belt conveyors are all in place; key components have been wrapped in protective film to safeguard against moisture and impact during the long ocean voyage.

Malaysia’s thriving palm oil industry generates vast quantities of palm fiber and residue, while the livestock sector produces significant amounts of manure—all of which serve as excellent raw materials for organic fertilizer. Unlike traditional methods that involve complex processing, Huaqiang’s production line utilizes dry granulation technology. By simply controlling the raw material's moisture content, granulation can proceed directly, eliminating the need for a drying stage and reducing energy consumption—making it an ideal fit for the production needs of Southeast Asian clients.
The production line features a scientifically optimized configuration: a crusher breaks down materials, a drum screener separates the finished granules (with off-spec material recycled for re-granulation), belt conveyors handle material transport, and the double roller extrusion granulator performs the core granulation process. The entire setup is compact with a small footprint, making it well-suited for small-to-medium-sized fertilizer processing plants.
