A complete, customized rotary drum granulation production line from Huaqiang Heavy Industry was recently loaded at the factory and officially shipped to Nigeria. This marks a further expansion of the company's overseas footprint, as it supports the development of modern African agriculture with domestically manufactured fertilizer equipment.

After comparing various options, the client chose Huaqiang Heavy Industry to establish a local granular fertilizer plant, aiming to reduce fertilizer procurement costs.
Upon receiving the order, the technical team thoroughly analyzed local raw material characteristics and implemented customized improvements to the drum liner, drive rollers, and feed mixing components. These modifications enhanced the equipment's adaptability to high-moisture materials, simplified maintenance, and ensured suitability for on-site operational conditions in Africa. Following production, the equipment underwent comprehensive testing, with all performance metrics meeting design standards. Staff applied anti-rust treatments and reinforced protective measures in compliance with maritime shipping requirements, utilizing flatbed trucks for loading to ensure the safe transport of this large-scale machinery.
Once the equipment arrives in Nigeria, Huaqiang Heavy Industry will provide remote technical guidance to assist the client with installation, commissioning, and personnel training.
