This report documents the loading process for a Huaqiang Heavy Industry project destined for Malaysia. Four double roller extrusion granulators and horizontal ribbon mixers, along with a full set of installation accessories, were securely stowed in containers, completing all pre-shipment preparations.
The primary advantage of the double roller extrusion granulation equipment is its dry granulation process; materials are formed through direct extrusion, eliminating the need for complex drying and cooling stages. With a compact footprint and simple operation, the equipment is ideally suited for small- and medium-sized fertilizer processing plants in Malaysia. The accompanying mixers thoroughly blend raw materials—such as livestock manure, palm waste, and mineral powder—ensuring a balanced feed composition and directly enhancing the quality of the granulated product.
Ocean shipping demands rigorous equipment protection; the machines are fully wrapped in protective film, and their bases are reinforced and locked down to prevent shifting or movement during transit. Wearable parts, such as screws and extrusion rollers, are individually boxed and shipped alongside the main units to facilitate future maintenance and replacement.
As Southeast Asian nations increasingly prioritize the agricultural circular economy, demand for organic fertilizer continues to rise. Consequently, more Malaysian clients are opting for dry granulation production lines to transform agricultural waste into valuable resources.
