With the continuous development of green agriculture, the market demand for organic fertilizer is rising steadily due to its benefits in improving soil quality and enhancing crop quality. Transforming organic waste—such as livestock manure, crop straw, and kitchen waste—into commercial organic fertilizer requires a complete production line. This line is configured around four key processes: raw material pretreatment, fermentation and decomposition, processing and shaping, and final packaging. Huaqiang Heavy Industry offers one-stop services, providing customized solutions tailored to specific production capacity requirements.

Raw material pretreatment is the initial step. For high-moisture livestock manure, a solid-liquid separator is prioritized to reduce moisture content; for coarse-fiber materials like straw and sawdust, a semi-wet material crusher is used to break down large chunks, facilitating subsequent fermentation. A mixer is then used to thoroughly blend the manure, straw, and fermentation agents in the correct proportions, ensuring uniform nutrient distribution and laying a solid foundation for composting.
Fermentation and decomposition constitute the core stage for rendering organic fertilizer harmless. The primary equipment used here is the organic fertilizer compost turner, available in both trough-type and self-propelled (walking) models. These turners regularly aerate the compost piles, increasing oxygen supply, promoting microbial activity, raising pile temperatures, and eliminating insect eggs and pathogens, thereby shortening the fermentation cycle. The fermentation section can also be equipped with conveyors and deodorization systems to minimize odors and ensure environmentally friendly production.
Once fermentation is complete, the material moves to the deep-processing stage. A drum screen is used to sift the decomposed material, removing incompletely decomposed impurities to yield a fine, powdery organic fertilizer. If granular organic fertilizer is required, a granulator—such as a disc granulator or a new type organic fertilizer granulator—is necessary. After granulation, a drum dryer and a cooler are used sequentially to control moisture content, enhance granule strength, and prevent clumping in the final product. A coating machine may also be used to apply anti-caking agents, improving the product's appearance and storage stability. The final stage is the finished product packaging process. An automatic quantitative packaging machine handles weighing, bagging, and sealing, while a conveyor belt transports the finished products; this setup significantly boosts packaging efficiency and reduces labor costs.
The organic fertilizer production line offers flexible configuration options tailored to customer needs: small-scale projects can utilize simplified equipment to produce powdered organic fertilizer, whereas large-scale plants can be equipped with a complete granulation production line. Huaqiang Heavy Industry provides one-stop services—covering facility planning, equipment manufacturing, and installation and commissioning—to help customers establish stable, reliable organic fertilizer production lines, thereby enabling the resource utilization of organic waste and supporting the development of ecological agriculture.
