Before commencing operations, thoroughly screen the raw materials to remove impurities such as metal objects or stones, and maintain the material's moisture content between 40% and 60% to prevent the cutter shaft from jamming or components from sustaining damage. During operation, listen attentively to the equipment's sounds and observe its running status; if any anomalies are detected—such as sluggish lifting, deviation from the track, or uneven turning—immediately halt the machine to diagnose and resolve the issue, thereby preventing the malfunction from escalating. Safety during maintenance is a non-negotiable priority; therefore, strict adherence to operational protocols is mandatory. Prior to commencing any maintenance work, the equipment must be powered down and shut off, and warning signs must be prominently displayed to prevent accidental activation and avert safety incidents. Waste hydraulic oil must be entrusted to qualified entities for proper disposal and must never be discarded indiscriminately. In the event of complex malfunctions, one must refrain from attempting blind disassembly; instead, technical personnel from the manufacturer should be contacted to perform inspections and repairs, thereby preventing secondary damage to the equipment.
