What are the stages of fermentation and maturity in organic fertilizer production line
1. In the early stage of stacking: when the temperature of the reactor rises to about 50 ℃, it is called heating stage. The reactor temperature range of 25 ~ 40 ℃ is suitable for some moderate temperature microbial activities
2. High temperature stage: after 2 ~ 3 days, the reactor temperature rises to 50 ~ 60 ℃, which is called high temperature stage. At this time, a large number of thermophilic microorganisms replaced the original mesophilic microorganisms, and humification process was carried out at the same time.
3. Cooling stage: the reactor temperature gradually drops below 50 ℃, which is called cooling stage. At this time, the species and quantity of microorganisms in the reactor are more than those in the high temperature stage. In this stage, the decomposable organic material matrix in the reactor decreases sharply, and humification is dominant.
4. The accumulation of humus in the compost increased significantly. The stacking materials should be compacted and covered with soil, so that the anaerobic cellulose decomposing bacteria can also vigorously decompose cellulose, and slowly carry out the later maturity.
Through the above four stages, the compost was completely fermented and decomposed.
