The full-automatic intelligent control of the fermentation pile turning process is realized. Working principle: under the transportation of vertical and horizontal walking mechanism, the round rake with high-speed operation throws up, scatters and displaces the fermentation materials, so as to make the materials move back in a regular and equal distance in the pool. The fermented materials are transported away from the end of the fermentation pool every day, and the space left by the front end of the fermentation pool is supplemented with new fermentation materials, thus forming a continuous fermentation process.
