As an important fertilizer in ecological agriculture, the production of powdered organic fertilizer relies on a scientifically designed and integrated set of equipment. This equipment is interconnected according to the production process, working together to transform organic waste into a qualified finished product. Pretreatment equipment is the foundation of production, primarily responsible for purifying and optimizing raw materials. Solid-liquid separators handle high-moisture raw materials, reducing the moisture content of livestock manure and other materials from 80% to below 60%, creating conditions for fermentation. Straw crushers pulverize straw, weeds, etc., to 3-5cm, increasing the surface area of ​​the material and accelerating composting. Vibrating screens remove impurities such as stones and plastics from the raw materials, ensuring the purity of subsequent production.
Fermentation equipment is the core of production, directly determining the degree of composting and harmlessness of the organic fertilizer. Commonly used trough-type compost turning machines can achieve multi-trough linkage, maintaining the optimal fermentation temperature of 55-65℃ through regular turning, aeration, and cooling. Small-scale production can use simple fermentation tanks, while large production lines are equipped with intelligent fermentation tanks that monitor temperature and humidity in real time via sensors, automatically adjusting ventilation to shorten the fermentation cycle.
Post-processing equipment is responsible for the fine processing of the finished product, improving product quality. A semi-wet material crusher crushes the fermented material to 80-100 mesh, ensuring uniform fineness; a drum screen separates substandard coarse material, which can be returned to the crushing stage for recycling; an automatic quantitative packaging machine accurately weighs and seals, with a measurement accuracy of ±0.5kg, adapting to different packaging specifications.
Auxiliary conveying equipment runs throughout the entire process, ensuring production continuity. Belt conveyors connect equipment at each stage, achieving efficient transfer of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, reducing manual handling costs. In addition, large production lines are equipped with twin-shaft mixers to ensure uniform mixing of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and inoculants, further improving the fermentation effect.
These devices work together to form a complete powdered organic fertilizer production line, which not only realizes the resource utilization of organic waste, but also ensures the quality of the finished product. The equipment configuration can be flexibly adjusted according to the production scale, taking into account both cost and efficiency, and providing strong support for the development of green agriculture.
