With the expansion of green organic agricultural production scale and the improvement of people's consumption level, the production and application of bio organic fertilizers will inevitably become mainstream.

Biological organic fertilizer is actually made by inoculating microbial composite agents into the finished product of organic fertilizer. Its production process and equipment include five steps: raw material fermentation preparation, raw material pretreatment, granulation and drying, cooling, screening, packaging, and tail gas purification treatment, which are almost identical to the process and equipment of organic fertilizer production lines. The difference is that adding a dissolution tank at the rear end of organic fertilizer cooling and screening, and a biofilm coating machine can complete the entire production process of bio organic fertilizer.
