Dry materials can be appropriately accelerated to improve transmission efficiency; check the tension of the conveyor belt before starting the machine every day. Too loose will cause slipping, and too tight will increase equipment wear. Ensure accurate docking with the feed port of granulators, screening machines and other equipment; After conveying straw materials, use a brush to carefully clean the edge of the conveyor belt to prevent coarse fibers from wrapping around the roller and affecting the normal operation of the equipment; add special lubricating oil to the transmission bearing every week to reduce friction between components, ensure smooth operation of the equipment and extend its service life.
