Organic fertilizer granulation equipment:

Extrusion granulator: when the moisture content of compost is 20% ~ 30%, it will enter the granulator and be extruded into cylindrical particles to help you realize mechanized fertilization. The mold cost is high and the granulation is simple.

Disc granulator: the principle of the granulation method for the production of inorganic compound fertilizer is used. However, due to the water content of compost, it is difficult to agglomerate into granules due to the coarse particle size, many fibers and many agglomerations. Small equipment, low production capacity, about 30000-50000 yuan.

Rotary drum granulator: both with disc granulation are of the pellet method, with a large volume, up to 10 m, large capacity: the smallest is 3 T / h, and the price is more expensive: about 100000 yuan.

Counter roll granulator: the key structure is the roller and mold. The belt and pulley are driven by the motor and transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer. The split gear works synchronously with the driven shaft. The materials are added from the feed hopper, extruded by the pair of rollers, demoulded and pelletized, and sent to the crushing screen through a pair of chain drives.
