After each shutdown, the mixing chamber needs to be rinsed with a weak alkaline solution to neutralize the acid residue, and then washed and dried with clean water. For gaps where materials are easily accumulated, such as the discharge port, a hard brush can be used to clean them to prevent crystallization from corroding the metal surface.
Blade protection needs to be strengthened. Particle impurities in fertilizers can easily aggravate blade wear. It is recommended to check the degree of blade wear every half a month, and a wear-resistant coating can be sprayed on the blade surface to extend the service life. If you are handling fertilizers containing salt, you need to rinse the blades immediately after shutdown to avoid cracking of the blades caused by salt crystallization.
Lubrication system anti-pollution. The fertilizer production environment is dusty. When filling lubricating oil, you need to clean the dust around the oil filling port first to prevent impurities from mixing in. Dust covers should be installed on gearboxes and other parts. Check whether the lubricating oil has deteriorated every month. If it is turbid or lumpy, it is necessary to completely replace and clean the oil circuit to prevent fertilizer dust from blocking the lubrication channel.
Electrical components should be protected from moisture. The humidity in the fertilizer production workshop is high. It is necessary to regularly check the moisture-proof sealing of electrical components such as motors and switches. Desiccant can be placed in the junction box. In rainy weather, check the circuit insulation before starting the machine to prevent short circuit failures caused by moisture.
