How to improve the granulation efficiency of organic fertilizer granulators?

2023/09/16
The organic fertilizer granulator is an important machine for the production of organic fertilizer and plays a very important role in the organic fertilizer production industry. Common organic fertilizer granulators on the market include: roller extrusion granulator, stock granulator, disc granulator machine, new organic fertilizer granulator, new two-in-one organic fertilizer granulator, flat die granulator, ring die granulator, various granulators have their own production characteristics, and the fertilizer granulator machine price varies.
The organic fertilizer granulator machine increases the amount of returned material, and reduces the granulation temperature and water content, which are sensitive methods to reduce large particles. Therefore, when using a granulator for an environmentally friendly organic fertilizer granulator, the method of adjusting the amount of steam and the amount of returned material is often used to adjust the granulation effect of the granulator. The granulation effect is mainly to avoid chemical changes caused by moisture agglomeration and progress of fertilizers, resulting in deterioration of fertilizers.

The characteristics of the raw material fertilizer of the environmentally friendly organic fertilizer granulator determine the granulation performance. Due to the different granulation methods, attention should be paid to conditions such as powder characteristics, moisture, and circulation. Of course, these conditions are all related to the adjustment of the liquid phase amount. Environmentally friendly organic fertilizer granulator generally has moderate solubility, easy to granulate, and insoluble is not easy to granulate. For example, urea decaside ash requires a narrow rate of change in water content and is difficult to granulate. Heating is often used to improve solubility and granulation, granulation is carried out under heating conditions for drying during the granulation process. Therefore, under low temperature conditions, the salt will melt when heated, resulting in a saturated solution with high concentration, which has high plasticity and is conducive to granulation.
Regular calcium is a porous substance, and water becomes a buffer to maintain viscosity. Because the presence of gypsum increases the granulation capacity of the organic fertilizer granulator, it is convenient to use ordinary calcium to produce low-concentration compound fertilizers for granulation.
