An organic fertilizer production line is a complete equipment system for the resource utilization of organic waste such as livestock and poultry manure, straw, and kitchen waste. It covers four major stages: raw material processing, fermentation and maturation, fine processing, and finished product packaging. All equipment operates collaboratively to produce high-quality organic fertilizer in a standardized manner, contributing to the circular development of ecological agriculture. The entire set of equipment is flexibly configured and can be divided into small-to-medium-sized simple lines and large-scale automated production lines according to capacity requirements.

Raw material pretreatment equipment is the basic configuration of the production line. Its core function is to optimize the state of raw materials, laying the groundwork for subsequent fermentation operations. It mainly includes a feeding hopper, a material crusher, a solid-liquid separator, and a twin-shaft mixer. The feeding hopper ensures uniform material delivery and continuous production; the crusher is responsible for crushing straw, clumps of manure, and other materials, refining the particle size; the solid-liquid separator specifically handles high-moisture livestock and poultry manure, controlling the material moisture content to a suitable fermentation range; the twin-shaft mixer thoroughly mixes the main materials, auxiliary materials, and inoculum, ensuring a uniform material ratio.
Fermentation and maturation equipment is the core equipment for the harmless and matured production of organic fertilizer, determining the quality of the fertilizer. The mainstream equipment is the large wheel compost turner, suitable for large-scale trough fermentation processes. It can periodically turn materials, provide ventilation and oxygen, accelerate aerobic fermentation, effectively kill insect eggs and pathogens, and eliminate harmful substances. Small production lines can use windrow-type compost turners, while large, intelligent production lines can be equipped with intelligent fermentation tanks, integrating temperature control, stirring, and ventilation functions, significantly shortening the fermentation cycle and achieving efficient composting.
Deep processing equipment is used to improve fertilizer appearance and quality, adapting to the production needs of powdered and granular organic fertilizers. Core equipment includes crushers, drum screeners, and granulation equipment. After secondary refinement by the crusher, the composted material is screened and graded by the screener to remove large impurities and substandard materials, ensuring material uniformity. For granular organic fertilizer production, a disc granulator or a new type organic fertilizer granulator is required. A coating machine can be added to improve the fertilizer's shelf life and slow-release effect by spraying anti-caking agents and functional microbial agents.
Finally, there's the finished product packaging equipment, primarily automatic quantitative packaging machines. These machines can automatically complete weighing, bagging, and sealing processes, adapting to different specifications of finished product packaging needs. They boast a high degree of automation, effectively saving labor costs and improving factory efficiency. The entire production line equipment is scientifically configured and clearly divided, achieving the harmless, resource-based, and standardized processing of organic waste.
